DELETE POP RECEIVE ERROR MAIL: When set to ON, the machine automatically deletes error mail that the machine cannot receive from the POP server.Ħ. ![]() PRINT MAIL HEADER: This selection allows the contents of the mail header to be printed when the received message is printed. ![]() POLLING FREQUENCY: Sets the time interval for checking for new messages on the POP3 server (default is 10 minute intervals).Ĥ. SCAN TO EMAIL DOCUMENT: Within this section, you can specify a message to be sent along with Scan to email documents.Ĥ. SUBJECT OF SENT MAIL: This field displays the subject that is attached to the Internet Fax data being sent from the Brother machine to a PC (default: INTERNET FAX JOB).ģ.
